Orange Cream Cheese Frosting

• 2 - 3oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cp softened butter
• 1 tbsp orange juice
• 2 cups sifted conf. sugar extra if needed
• 1/2 tsp finely grated orange peel

Preparation

Step 1

In large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, orange juice. Beat with mixer until smooth. Gradually add 2 cups sifted sugar, beating until mixed. Gradually beat in enough of an additional 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 sifted sugar to make of spreading consistency. Stir in orange peel.
