  • 2/3 cup sliced radishes
  • 2 Tbsps white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
