- 6 cups tightly packed torn Boston lettuce
- 2/3 cup sliced radishes
- 2 Tbsps white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Combine lettuce and radishes in a bowl. Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Pour over salad, tossing gently to coat.
