Tomato Garlic Sauce for Pasta

Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp. olive oil
• 3 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Fresh at Hand Garlic
• 2 Tbsp. water
• 2 tsp. The Spice Hunter Fresh at Hand Basil
• 13/4 cups fresh tomatoes diced large or one (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes in juice
• salt and pepper to taste
• cooked pasta of your choice

Preparation

Step 1

Place garlic in a small dish with the water. Heat oil in sauté pan. Add garlic and lightly sauté. Stir in tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper. Simmer 15 minutes and serve over pasta.
