Ingredients
- 3 pounds boneless rolled pork loin roast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 16 ounces whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon orange peel
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut roast in half and place in a slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over meat.
2. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until a thermometer reads 160. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
