Quick Lemon Moist Cake

  • 1 White cake mix
  • 1 small lemon jello
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice or water
  • 1 tsp lemon extract



Step 1

Preheat oven 350 degree or 325 degrees for glass

Mix all ingredients together for 4 minutes. Pour into a greased and flour dusted 9x13 pan. Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.


1 1/2 cups sifted confectioners sugar
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

While the cake is still hot, poke holes in the top with a fork. In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice and confectioners sugar until smooth. Pour over hot cake.
