Seared Salmon with Horseradish & scallions

Ingredients
- 4 Salmon fillets(6 oz each)- skin removed
- Coarse salt and finely ground pepper
- 1/4 cup horseradish
- 2 tbls olive oil
- 2 scallions, white and pale green part only, cut on bias in 1/4 innch slices

Preparation
Step 1
Preehat over to 375. Season both sides of salmon with salt and pepper. Spread 1 tbls horseradish onto skinned side of fillet.
Heat oil in large ovenproof skillet over high heat until hot but not smoking. Add salmon, horseradish side up. Sear on 1 side, about 2 minutes. Without flipping fish, trasnfer to overn and bake until salmon is cooked through, about 6 minutes.
Transfer to platter, flipping fish and spring with scallions.
