Use cooked 1 lb shrimp and cut it up. Mix with 1/4 c plus 1 tbsp mayo, 1 small celery stalk finelly chopped, 1 tbsp fresh chopped chives, 1 tbsp grapeseed oil, 2 tsp fresh lemon juice and 2 tsp prepared horseradish. Season with salt and pepper. Then take 24 mini soft dinner rolls such as King and slice and press to push open. Then brush inside with melter butter and bake in 375 degree oven about 8 minutes untiil golden. Then add shrimp salad.
