Ingredients
- 1 ⁄2 cup butter (can substitute applesauce)
- 1 ⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 3⁄4 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 ⁄2 cup buttermilk or 1⁄2 cup sour milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 ⁄4 cup cocoa
- 2 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups zucchini, grated
- 3 ⁄4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 ⁄2 cup walnuts

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter then add oil and sugar; mix.
Add next 8 ingredients; mix well.
Fold in the chips and nuts by hand.
Put in a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until done.
