Crockpot Spinach and artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 (14 oz. cans) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (10 oz. package) frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/3 c. mayo
  • 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 ozs. cream cheese, cubed

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in cooker except cream cheese. Top with cream cheese. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours. Uncover and stir until cream cheese is well combined. Cover and cook on high for an additional 15 min.
