Ingredients
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 8 oz linguine/spaghetti
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan

Preparation
Step 1
Combine garlic and oil in saucepan; cook over med heat. Add 1 quart water, salt and pepper; bring to boil. Trim broccoli; cut into 1 inch pieces. Add to boiling water. Cook for 5 min. Add linguine; cook until barely tender and liquid is absorbed. Sprinkle with cheese.
