You can substitute with any fruit, but my favorite with this recipe is raspberry.more
tsp baking powder
cups frozen raspberries
Mix the liquid ingredients in one bowl, and the dry ingredients in another bowl. Then combine all the ingredients together until moistened. Fold in raspberries. Fill muffin tins 2/3 the way with badder. *Optional: Sprinkle sugar on tops before baking. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
