  • 6 potatos
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp rosemary
  • 1/2 cup parm cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Slice potatos into wedges. Toss with oil, garlis, rosemary salt and pepper. Lay on cookie sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes, turining once. Toss in grated cheese while hot.
