Ingredients
- 1/2 loaf bread
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Step 1
Cut bread (I've even used hamburger buns) into squares the size you would like the croutons. Put into large bowl. In separate bowl combine oil, parmesan, garlic and seasonings. Pour over bread and stir to coat. Spread onto baking sheet in single layer. Bake at 300 for 15 minutes, stir and return to oven for another 15 minutes. At this point it is personal preference as to how done you like your croutons, continue the 15 minute cycle until they reach your liking.
