Ingredients
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar (more or less depending on sweetness of the watermelon)
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups diced watermelon pureed
- Ice cubes
- 4 lemon twists for garnish
- Mint sprigs for garnish

Step 1
Stir together lemon juice and sugar. Stir in water then watermelon puree. Pour over ice in 4 glasses. Garnish each with a lemon twist and a mint sprig.
