Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 tabl. light butter
- 2 tabl. Land o' Lakes fat free half and half
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Steam or microwave Cauliflower until soft. Puree in a food processor or blender, adding the butter and half and half. Season with salt and pepper.
