Slow cooker corned beef and cabbage

Ingredients
- 4 large carrots
- 10 baby red potatoes
- 1 onion, peeled and cut in bite sized pieces
- 4 cups water
- 1 4# corned beef brisket with packet
- 6 oz beer
- 1/2 head of cabbage
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Place vegetables in bottom of slow cooker
Pour in the water
Place brisket on top of vegetables
Pour been over brisket
Sprinkle with spices from packet
Cover and cook low 8 hours
1 hour before servings, stir in cabbage and cook remaining hour
