  • Beef juices from cooked Prime Rib Roast
  • Beef stock



Step 1

Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of the fat, leaving the juices in the pan and discard the remaining fat.
Place the roasting pan over 2 burners on medium heat.
Add the beef stock and stir and scrape to release any browned bits in the pan.Bring mixture to a boil and cook and stir until the stock is slightly thickened about 5 minutes, season to taste with salt and pepper.
