Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teas. baking powder
- 1 teas. baking soda
- 1/4 teas. salt
- 2 teas. ground cinnamom
- 1 cup vegatable oil
- 1- 151/4 oz crushed pineapple, undrained
- 2 teas. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups grated raw sweet potatoes
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1- 10 inch tube pan, greased and floured

Preparation
Step 1
Combine: flour , sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and ground cinnamon.
Add and MIx: veg. oil, pineapple, vanilla
Stir in: eggs one at a time, beat after each egg
Add: sweet potatoes and pecans
Pour into greased and floured pan and bake on 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes
