Ingredients

  • Kugel
  • 10 ounce noodles cooked
  • 3/4 stick margarine
  • 3 to 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup Apricot nectar juice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 stick margarine
  • 3 cups crushed cereal

Preparation

Step 1

Beat sour cream, cream cheese,sugar,eggs,vanilla and salt together. Add margarine to warm noodles. Stir in milk, apricot nectar and egg mixture last.
Pour into greased 10 x 13 Pyrex
Put topping over the noodle mixture
Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes to 1 hour until set.
