Ingredients
- Topping:
- Kugel
- 10 ounce noodles cooked
- 3/4 stick margarine
- 3 to 6 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup Apricot nectar juice
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 3/4 stick margarine
- 3 cups crushed cereal
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Beat sour cream, cream cheese,sugar,eggs,vanilla and salt together. Add margarine to warm noodles. Stir in milk, apricot nectar and egg mixture last.
Pour into greased 10 x 13 Pyrex
Put topping over the noodle mixture
Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes to 1 hour until set.
