  • 1 Box Lemon Cake Mix
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar



Step 1

Combine lemon cake mix with Cook Whip and egg in a large bowl; mix well. Drop by teaspoonful into powdered sugar, roll to coat. Place 1 1/2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
