Balsamic Bruschetta

  • 10 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 loaf French or Italian bread, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped

Cooking time 15mins


Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss well to combine. Transfer to serving bowl.

Slice bread into 1-inch thick slices. Butter one side of each slice and place on a large cookie sheet. Sprinkle tops with fresh oregano. Broil on low for 4 to 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
