Ingredients
- 3 Bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 Onion, medium
- 1 lb Potatoes
- 1 tbsp Beef bouillon granules, reduced-sodium
- 3 tbsp All-purpose flour
- 1 Red pepper, medium sweet
- 2 1/2 cups 2% milk
- 12 oz Process cheese
- 1 1/2 cups Water

Preparation
Step 1
Cook beef, onion, garlic and pepper. Drain. Add Flour.
Stir in milk. Add potatoes, water and bouillon. Simmer until potatoes are tender. Add cheese. Stir until melted. Sprinkle in bacon.
