  • • NUTMEG, GROUND, “FRESH” 1/8 t
  • • CORNSTARCH 2 T
  • • BUTTER, UNSALTED 1 T
  • TOPPING INGREDIENTS:
  • • BUTTER, UNSALTED, SOFT 12 OZ
  • • SUGAR, GRANULATED 1 C
  • • SUGAR, LIGHT BROWN 1 C
  • • OATS, OLD FASHIONED 2 C
  • • FLOUR 3 C
  • • SALT pinch

Preparation

Step 1

FILLING PREPARATION:
• Combine all and add to a baking dish treated w/ food release.

TOPPING PREPARATION:
• Creaming mixing method. Machine or by hand.
• Place topping evenly on top of filling. Place in preheated 400° oven. Check every 20 minutes and turn. May take an hour.
• Serve with whipped cream.
