- • CRANBERRIES, “FRESH” 1 BAG
- • ZEST & JUICE, ORANGE, FRESH 1 EA
- • SUGAR 3 T
- • SUGAR, LIGHT BROWN 3 T
- • CINNAMON, GROUND ½ t
- • NUTMEG, GROUND, “FRESH” 1/8 t
- • CORNSTARCH 2 T
- • BUTTER, UNSALTED 1 T
- TOPPING INGREDIENTS:
- • BUTTER, UNSALTED, SOFT 12 OZ
- • SUGAR, GRANULATED 1 C
- • SUGAR, LIGHT BROWN 1 C
- • OATS, OLD FASHIONED 2 C
- • FLOUR 3 C
- • SALT pinch

Preparation
Step 1
FILLING PREPARATION:
• Combine all and add to a baking dish treated w/ food release.
TOPPING PREPARATION:
• Creaming mixing method. Machine or by hand.
• Place topping evenly on top of filling. Place in preheated 400° oven. Check every 20 minutes and turn. May take an hour.
• Serve with whipped cream.
