Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped, peeled peaches (about 4)
- 3/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper (about 1)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (about 1 bunch)
- 2 Tbs chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbs sugar
- 1 Tbs fresh lime juice
- Dash Ground red peppers
- 8 oz French bread baguette, cut into 24 pieces
- 4 oz chilled Brie cheese, cut into 24 pieces

Preparation
Step 1
1 Place cheese in freezer for about 20 minutes while preparing salsa to make cutting easier.
2 Preheat broiler
3 Combine all topping ingredients; set aside.
4 Arrange bread slices in an even layer on baking sheet. Top each bread slice with a piece of cheese; broil 3 minutes or until cheese melts and bread is toasted. Remove pan from oven.
5 Top each bread slice with about 1 1/2 tablespoons salsa; serve immediately.
