Flower Shaped Pumpkin Mini Pies

• Pumpking pie filling recipe
• Large flower cookie cutters
• Pie crust, homemade or store-bought

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients for pumpkin pie for filling. Set aside.

Roll out pie crust to about 1/4 '' thickness. Use cookie cutters to cut out flowers for crusts . Push into muffin pan & fill with pumkin pie filling.
