  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 t baking powder
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 5 drops Stevia
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 4 T melted butter
  • 4 T heavy cream
  • 2 TBS vanilla extract

Step 1

In one bowl, mix the flour and baking powder. In another bowl mix the remaining ingredients. Add the dry to the wet and mix up. If it is too thick, add a bit of almond milk. Let batter sit for 5-10 minutes. This is key to using coconut flour correctly. Put batter in waffle maker.
