Turkey Meatloaf with Cranberry Glaze

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup mashed cranberry sauce
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Spread brown sugar over bottom of greased loaf pan and spread cranberry sauce over sugar.
In large bowl, mix all of the remaining ingredients until well incorporated. Form the meat mixture into loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour.
I usually use extra sugar and cranberry sauce. I would suggest placing the loaf pan on a foil covered sheet pan. The meatloaf usually boils over!
