- 2 lbs green beans, trimmed
- 2 oz goat cheese, softened & crumbled
- fresh lemon vinaigrette

Preparation
Step 1
In a lg pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add green beans. Cook 3 minutes; drain well. Set beans aside in colander; do not rinse (they will continue to cook). Pour vinaigrette into a lg bowl. Add beans to bowl & toss. Transfer to a serving platter & sprinkle w/crumbled goat cheese.
