Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c flour
  • 1 1/4 c sugar
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 c butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 c milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 c fresh or frozen blueberries

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour with sugar and baking powder
Cut in butter until it is in tiny pieces
Reserve 3/4 c of this and stir cinnamon
Combine milk with eggs and vanilla and add to flour mixture
Stir just until moiistened
Stir blueberries in gently
Spoon batter into 12 paper lined muffin tins
Sprinkle each with the reserved cinnamon flour mixture
Bake 30-35 min at 350
Cool 5-10 min before removing from the pan
