French Onion Beef

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb boneless Round Steak 1/2 -3/4 in. thick
- 1 pkg (8 oz) sliced fresh mushrooms (3 cups)
- 1 large onion, sliced, seperated into rings
- 1 can (103/4 oz) Condensed French Onion soup
- 1 pkg ( 6oz) 10-minute herb stuffung mix
- 1/4 cup Butter melted
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)

Step 1
Cut the beef into 6 servings-sized pieces,
Layer half each od beef, mushrooms and onions in 4 qt slow cooker.
Pour soup over ingreadients in the slow cooker.
Cover, cook on low heat setting for 8 - 10 hours or until beef is tender and no longer pink.
Before serving, in medium bowl, mix stuffing mix, melted butter and 1/2 cup liquid from the slow cooker; toss to mix. Place stuffing on top of contents in slow cooker.
Increase heat setting to high. Cover cook for 10 minutes longer or until the stuffing is fluffy. Sprinkle with cheese. cover, cook until cheese is melted before serving.
