- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbs. fresh dill,minced
- 3 scallions,thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbs. dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic,smashed and chopped
- half a lemon,juiced (optional)
