Ingredients
- vegetable oil
- kosher salt
- linguine (.75 lb)
- 3 Tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2.5 Tablespoon olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb large shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped parsley
- lemon zest (1/2 lemon)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (2 lemons)
- 1/4 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Preparation
Step 1
1. Boil pasta in oiled and salted water
2. Melt butter & olive oil over med-low skillet. Add garlic, saute 1 minutes. Add shrimp, 1 Tablespoon salt and pepper, saute 1 until shrimp pink (7-8 minutes).
3. Turn off heat. Add parsley, lemon zest, lemon, lemon juice, red pepper and toss. Drain pasta and toss
