Ingredients
- Pork Chops
- Flour
- Bread Crumbs
- Chopped Onions
- Garlic
- 14 oz stewed tomatoes
- HP Sauce
- Ketchup
- Brown Sugar
- Corn Starch
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Dip chops in milk and then in flour and bread crumb combination.
Fry lightly.
Fry onions and garlic add stewed tomatoes, 1 Tbsp. HP Sauce, 2Tbsp. Ketchup, 3 Tbsp. brown sugar. (Add 1 Tbsp. cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup water)
Pour over chops.
Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
