Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes (2 lbs.)
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet red onion
- 1/3 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 2 tsp. red cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt

Step 1
Cook potatoes, drain. Peel and cube.
Add celery, onion, and relish
Combine mayonnaise, sugar, celery salt, vinegar, mustard, and salt.
Add to potato mixture and toss lightly.
