Seafood Butter Sauce
This is not Drawn Butter, also called Clarified Butter, because that has layers removed & I don't do that. This is just a simple butter sauce.
- 1 stick butter
- 1 garlic clove minced or 1/2 tsp bottled garlic
- 1/2 tsp dried dill or parsley OR 1 tsp fresh
- 1 TB white wine
- 1 TB lemon juice, optional
Melt butter in a small pot. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into butter cups, also called soufflé cups, or small ramekins.
