Strawberry Rhubarb Sour Cream Streusel Cake

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups strawberries
- 1 cup fresh chopped rhubarb
- 2/3 cups unblanched almonds
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp icing sugar

Preparation
Step 1
1) Beat butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time then add vanilla.
2) In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add to butter alternating with the sour cream. Spread in a greased 13x9 pan. Sprinkle with stawberries and rhubarb.
3) Combine almonds, brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over fruit.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
Cool and dust with icing sugar
