Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 2 1/2-3 c grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 -2 lbs frozen shredded hashbrowns
  • 1 12-oz pkg sour cream
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4-1/3 c onion, chopped
  • 1/4 stick butter, melted
  • 2 c diced ham
  • 2 c corn flakes, crushed
  • 1/4-1/3 stick butter, melted

Details

Preparation

Step 1

Combine initial ingredients in 9 x 13 baking dish.

Combine corn flakes and butter and sprinkle on top.

Optional: Additional cheese may be grated on top of or under the corn flakes.

Bake for one hour at 325 degrees.
