- 4-6 oz. flounder fillets
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 teasp. salt
- 1/4 teasp. oregano

Step 1
Coat baking sheet with spray
Combine and press into fish
Bake @ 450 degrees for 10 mins.
