Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 2 eggs
- 1 c sugar
- 2/3 c oil
- 1 1/4 c flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c carrot, grated
- 1 c zucchini, grated
- 1/2 c nuts
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 c powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs and sugar.
Add oil and then dry ingredients.
Beat for 4 minutes.
Stir in carrots and zucchini and nuts.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Cool and frost.
