Grilled Zucchini II

- 3 med zucchini, cut into 1/2 in thick slices
- 3 T EVOO
- 2 t oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 t rosemary
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan, optional
Preheat grill to med. Brush zucchini with oil. Sprinkle both sides with oregano, garlic, rosemary, salt & pepper. Grill until tender 4 min per side.
Can use sm zucchini & cut lengthwise. If using these, can sprinkle Parmesan cheese over them before serving.
