  • 1/2 c butter, melted
  • 3/4 c firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 4 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4 in slices

Step 1

preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, stir together butter, brown sugar and salt until blended. Add potatoes, and toss gently to coat. Place potatoes in a single layer in a rimmed baking pan, and bake for 25 min. or until tender
