Sausage Corn Chowder

Ingredients
- 1 pound sage- flavored sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 6 cups water
- 4 med red potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch
- cubes
- 4 tsps chicken bouillon granules
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 6 Tbs butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- pepper to taste
- 3 cups milk

Preparation
Step 1
1.In large sauce pan, cook sausage, onion,celery over med heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
2.Stir in water, potatoes, and bouillon. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat;simmer, uncovered for 20 minutes. Add corn; simmer for 10 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.
3. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour and pepper until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil;cook and stir until thickened. Stir into the sausage mixture; serve.
