Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 cups grated zucchini
• 1/2 cup butter
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup veg. Oil
• 2 1/2 cup flour
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1/2 cup buttermilk
• 4 Tbs. Cocoa
• 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1-tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. grated clove
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1-cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugar, butter & oil; add eggs, vanilla & buttermilk, beat w/ mixer.

Mix dry ingredients & add to mixture, beat well & stir in zucchini.

Grease & flour 9X13 pan, pour in batter.

Top with chocolate chips.

Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
