Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c low fat milk
- 1/2 c veg oil
- 1 1/2 c white sugar
- 3 tsp vanilla
- 3 c grated zucchini
- 1 c chopped walnuts

Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 325. Grease and flour 2 8x4 inch pans. Sift both flours, salt, soda, powder, and cinnamon into a bowl. Beat eggs, milk, veg oil, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl. Add sifted ing and beat well. Stir in zucchini and walnuts until well combined. Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake 40-50 min. Cool 20 min and remove from pans.
