Ingredients

  • Turkey roast, thawed or 4 turkey breast cutlets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. evoo
  • 1 tsp. dried marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Step 1

In a medium bowl whisk together garlic, lemon juice, oil, marjoram, pepper and salt. Add turkey bits and turn to coat, marinate 30 min. at room temp. Cook on stove top in a skillet if roast bits or on the grill if cutlets.
