- Spinach
- Blue cheese
- Candied pecans
- Sliced strawberries
- Blueberries
- Grilled chicken breast
- Strawberry or raspberry vinagrette

Step 1
Sauté 1/2 c pecans in pan with 1/4 c sugar and 1 T butter over med heat until brown.
Mix all ingredients. Top w dressing.
