Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

Ingredients

  • 4.5 lb red potatoes, cut into 1/4" slices
  • (cooked)
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 12 oz Velveeta
  • 8 oz chopped ham
  • 1/2 c green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 c grated parmesan

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350°. Spray 9x13 dish with Pam. Put 1/4 potatoes in large bowl. Add sour cream. Mash with masher. Add cheese, ham and onions. Add mixture to potatoes. Stir, spoon into dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
