Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

Step 1
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until smooth. Place berry mixture in a freezer-safe container and freeze until hard, about 1 hour. Let stand about 10 minutes before serving.
