Ingredients
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups oil
- 4 cups sugar
- 6 cups flour
- 2 T. vanilla
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 T. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 4 cups grated zucchini
- 1 cup pecans, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla. Add all dry ingredients and then fold in zucchini and nuts. Pour into 3 prepared loaf pans. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325.
